Itinerary

Day 1, Lima

A View Peru guide will be waiting for your plane to arrive at the Lima airport, with a private car to escort you to your hotel of your choice and assist with your check in.
This transfer will take approximately 40 minutes from the airport to the city center.  Any questions you have will be answered and you will be briefed on your itinerary by your assistant. You have the evening to relax in your hotel to prepare yourself for the exciting tour ahead.

Day 2, Lima City Toyr and Larco Museum

After a breakfast in your hotel, you will begin your tour of the capital city of Peru.
During your tour, you will visit El Parque del Amor, which was opened on Valentine's Day of 1993, and is a very
popular site among couples.
Huaca Pucllana, which is a pre-Hispanic pyramid built between 200 and 800AC.
This massive complex includes ramps, stairs, plazas, and much to explore and enjoy. This is located in the center of the city, and your next stops will be reachable on foot.
Presidential Palace and the Cathedral of Lima.
After, you will walk to view the large collection of ancient books and catacombs in the San Francisco Church.
Larco Museum, which will be visited after a short drive to the traditional district of Pueblo Libre. Here, you will be able to view a collection of gold, silver, erotic art, ad more than 45,000 objects of Peruvian history.
After your tour, your guide will escort you to enjoy a beautiful lunch before returning back
to your hotel.

Day 3, Osma Museum and Barranco

After having breakfast in your hotel, your View Peru guide will arrive to escort you to Barranco, where you will visit the Osma Museum. Here, you will have the chance to view a large collection of colonial art and famous photography gallery. Your next stop after the museum will be to Las Pallas, a traditional folk art shop, where you can see an
extensive variety of artisanal pieces from all over Peru. For lunch, you will enjoy a meal at a restaurant in Barranco before taking a spectacular walk over the Bridge of Sighs. From here, your tour is finished for the day and you will return to your hotel for the evening.

Day 4, Lima to Arequipa, City Tour

You will enjoy breakfast in your hotel before beginning your journey from Lima.Your private car will take you to the airport for your flight to Arequipa. After your arrival, your guide will be waiting to take you on a lovely tour, including

The Museum of Andean Sanctuaries, which is home to the Juanita Mummy. The mummy is a 14-year- old girl who was daughter to an Inca dignity, and was mummified in the Andean Grasslands of Arequipa. She was found I 1995, and was stabilized at the National Geographic Society in Washington, before returning to
Arequipa.
The Main Square, which is unique due to carved arches and built of sillar. Here, you will find the Arequipa Cathedral, built in the 17 th century. The Church of the Society of Jesus (1590), which is an amazing example of baroque architecture and you will be able to find many paintings and murals from the time period.
Monastery of Saint Teresa, created in 1710 but was not open to the public until 2005. Here, you can also visit the Colonial Art Museum.
Lunch at a local restaurant
Carmen Alto Scenic Viewpoint, right on the Chili River, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views.
Yanahuara quarter, filled with beautiful and intriguing narrow streets and cobblestone alleys.
Your final stop of the day will be at Monastery of Saint Catherine, which is a medieval cloister and is still in use today as a religious site.
You will spend the night in your hotel of your choice near to the city center.

Day 5, Colca Canyon

Following breakfast in your hotel, you will be escorted to the Pampa Canahuas Reserve via private car. Your drive will be through the volcanoes surrounding the main city. You will get the chance to visit Vizcachani, Toccra Pampas, and the crater of the Chucura Volcano before arriving at the Los Andes Scenic Viewpoint of Patapampa. You will thn enjoy lunch and have the afternoon to rest at your hotel in the Colca area, or you may choose to visit the local hot springs.

Day 6, Colca Cayon to Arequipa

Breakfast at your hotel before visiting the famous Condor Cross, where you can truly appreciate the impressive Colca Valley. Here is the best place to watch the incredible condors flying. Your next stops of the day will be at Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma, and Yanque towns, where you can stop at other viewpoints such as Anatahulique and Choquetico.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant in the area, return to Arequipa.

Day 7, Arequipa – Cusco – Sacred Valley

After your breakfast, our guide will arrive to take you to the airport for your trip to Cusco. After your arrival and check-in, you will begin a tour in Sacred Valley, just outside of Pisac. The start will be at Awnakancha, where you can view a large collection of textiles and South American camelids, before carrying on to the impressive Pisac market to shop.
You will then have free time to rest, have lunch, or explore on your own. Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel in Sacred Valley.

Day 8, Sacred Valley Tour

Your half-day tour of the Sacred Valley takes place today, following breakfast in your hotel. This morning, you will visit the local archaeological sites of Moray and Maras.
Moray consists of the archaeological remains of circular terraces, whereas Maras is a massive collection of salt mining. Afterwards, you will have lunch and a free afternoon.

Day 9, Machu Picchu

Breakfast at your hotel before a private car and guide will arrive to take you to the Ollantaytambo Train Station. Here, you will board a train to Aguas Calientes. This is the last town before the impressive site of Machu Picchu, where you will enjoy craft markets and lovely restaurants. You will be transferred by bus to Machu Picchu, where you will have a tour of the ruins and a chance to explore for yourself. Your dinner and overnight will be in Aguas Calientes.

Day 10, Machu Picchu – Cusco

After breakfast, you have the chance to return to Machu Picchu if you choose. This will also be your chance to climb the magnificent Wayna Picchu (subject to availability), visit the Inca Bridge, the Sun Gate, and explore. In the afternoon you will depart via luxury train from Aguas Calientes to Cusco, where you can enjoy the incredible scenery and local music and Pisco from the train. You will overnight at a luxury hotel of your choosing in Cusco.

Day 11, Cusco – Out

After breakfast, your guide and car will escort you to the Cusco Airport for your departure flight.
